First of all, the processing equipment has certain specialities compared with other mechanical processing. These particularities are mainly changed:

1. Most breeding equipment needs to process complex curved surfaces on solid metal modules. As the breeding equipment continues to grow in size, the weight of the modules will also become larger and larger, and now some have reached several tens of tons;

2. With the requirements of breeding equipment products becoming more and more precise and complex, the requirements for processing precision of breeding equipment are getting higher and higher. Now the processing precision of many breeding equipment has reached ±1~2μm, and will soon develop to less than ± 1μm;

3. The shape of most breeding equipment is cuboid or cube, rarely narrow and long, and the main processing volume is concentrated on the die and the punch;

4. As the user's requirements for the production cycle of the breeding equipment are shorter and shorter, the processing of the breeding equipment must meet the requirements of high efficiency, rapidity, certain flexibility and long-term full load without stopping.

According to the above specific characteristics, the following basic requirements are put forward for the processing of breeding equipment:

1. The machine tool should have good rigidity and large carrying capacity suitable for the weight of the module;

2, to have high precision and precision retention;

3, the size of the work surface should be compatible with the size of the breeding equipment, suitable for rectangular or square and round, not narrow and long, but the height direction and its stroke require a larger space;

4, in order to adapt to complex space surface processing, and a large amount of processing, it is required to machine multi-axis linkage, and equipped with a large information capacity CNC system.

5, to be able to quickly and efficiently remove the margin, and has a high degree of reliability, in order to maintain continuous long-term full load operation;
